- Asparagus stem – 20 gm
- Avocados – 30 gm
- Rocket leaf – 20 gm
- Quinoa – 50 gm
- Couscous – 70 gm
- Lemon – 1 wedge
- Honey – 10 ml
- Seasoning – 2 gm
- Parsley – 2 gm
- Black pepper – 2 gm
Method
- Cook the quinoa and soak the couscous for the desired time.
- Add lime seasoning, black pepper, and honey in timbale format.
- Add the garnish of the avocado and asparagus. Serve immediately.

- Zucchini – 50 gm
- Avocado – 30 gm
- Rocket leaf – 20 gm
- Bell pepper – 10 gm
- Olive oil – 10 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lime as required
Method
- Cook the quinoa and add seasoning.
- Add the lime juice and other condiments.
- Add grilled zucchini, avocado and rocket leaves. Toss lightly and serve.
