Ingredients

  • Asparagus stem – 20 gm
  • Avocados – 30 gm
  • Rocket leaf – 20 gm
  • Quinoa – 50 gm
  • Couscous – 70 gm
  • Lemon – 1 wedge
  • Honey – 10 ml
  • Seasoning – 2 gm
  • Parsley – 2 gm
  • Black pepper – 2 gm

Method

  1. Cook the quinoa and soak the couscous for the desired time.
  2. Add lime seasoning, black pepper, and honey in timbale format.
  3. Add the garnish of the avocado and asparagus. Serve immediately.

  • Zucchini – 50 gm
  • Avocado – 30 gm
  • Rocket leaf – 20 gm
  • Bell pepper – 10 gm
  • Olive oil – 10 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lime as required

Method

  1. Cook the quinoa and add seasoning.
  2. Add the lime juice and other condiments.
  3. Add grilled zucchini, avocado and rocket leaves. Toss lightly and serve.
