Pineapple juice – 45 ml
Orange bitters &ndash 4 drops
Lime juice -15ml
Method Put all ingredients into shaker and shake well and garnish with dehydrated pineapple.

90ml cranberry juice
15ml kaffir lime juice
Method Add 90ml of cranberry juice along with 15 ml of kaffir lime juice and 60ml of Bacardi white rum in a cocktail shaker. Add a few ice cubes in the shaker and shake it well for 12-15 secs. Serve in a cocktail glass.
Satan’s Potion
45ml bourbon
15 ml lime juice
15 ml peach syrup
60 ml litchi juice
30 ml pineapple juice
30 ml cranberry juice
3 nos kaffir lime leaf
Tonic water top up
Glass martini
Garnish 2 red chillies
Method Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake well with lots of ice for 10 seconds. Fine strain in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with red chillies as horns.

White rum -20ml
Gin – 20ml
Vodka – 20ml
Triple sec -20ml
Taquila and pomegranate molasses/cranberries shot -30ml
Lime juice – 20ml
Method Shake all the ingredients in a shaker apart from tequila.and pour into a glass. Top up with lemonade. Now prepare a red tequila kamikaze and fill the injection from the same for the garnish.
